Your role and responsibilities
Manage regional team of 5 or more field service resources Ensure health, safety, environmental and security compliance Drive financial contract execution and compliance Support small project & upgrade delivery Ensure customer satisfaction & performance Initiate local business objectives and support hub and global objectives Serve as the lead resource for supporting Electrification field service development

Your role and responsibilities

Qualifications for the role
- A 4 year degree in Process Automation, Computer Science or comparable and minimum 8 years of experience in Field Service working in a Resident, Demand or Commissioning role with experience with 800xA, Harmony/S+ or heritage control systems
- Sound knowledge of all ABB Field Service tools and methodologies
- General Product knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA, Process Instrumentation, Microsoft Networking, Network & Field Communications protocols and Electrification
- Basic industry knowledge of Power Generation & Transmission, Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities & Water
- Good communication skills, written and verbal (English)
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
