Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, addressing store-specific challenges related to size, type, volume, and inventory
• Communicate brand information and ensure visual merchandising consistency during weekly regional conference calls; partner with field teams to optimize assortment and drive sales
• Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising effectiveness, share feedback, and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and execute visual merchandising training programs for field personnel and coach Retail Managers and Store Teams to improve merchandising skills and sales results
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships and partnerships, driving business results through transparency, collaboration, and accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fine art, design, or fashion merchandising preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a leading brand in a multi-store capacity
• Excellent presentation and merchandising skills with ability to interpret brand direction and support high volume, multi-unit stores with a region
• Working knowledge and ability to use tools, fixture systems, lighting, props, and mannequins
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; AutoCAD or REVIT a plus
• Experience in a creative industry with a well-developed sense of fashion and trends.
