Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bilingual Position Located in Salisbury, NC

This is a part time position, located in Salisbury, NC!

We are now hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!

What will you do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ?

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)s provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
• Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans
• Conduct stimulus preference assessments
• Collect data
• Maintain client's program book
• Develop/create teaching materials
• Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
• Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers
• Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients
• Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Valid and active RBT credential number on the BACB website
• Previous experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week
• Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
• To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
• Currently, we do not have a vaccine mandate for employment.
