Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.

• High school diploma required

• Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism preferred

• Experience working with physically aggressive children or adults preferred

• Certification in the use of standardized physical management strategies

What does the position look like?

• Individualized 1:1 play-based ABA therapy aligning with the client's individualized treatment plan.

• Direct supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Function as an active participant in the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and family.

• Educate for appropriate social and play skills with peers.

• Teach functional Educational skills.

• Target behavioral reduction.
