Cliveden Nursing & Rehabilitation is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate and exceptional care to our senior residents. We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Dietitian in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia, PA .

Registered Dietitian Position Overview:

As the Registered Dietitian, you will oversee the nutritional well-being of our residents. Conduct nutrition assessments, identifying residents' nutritional needs and creating effective diet plans.

Registered Dietitian Key Duties:

• Assess and monitors the Resident's nutritional status, provide recommendation to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans.
• Evaluate the special needs of Residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight loss.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to review and adjust resident's care plans.
• Work closely with Speech Pathologists to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Registered Dietitian Qualifications:

• One year of experience with Seniors. Registered Dietitian in a Long-Term Care setting preferred .
• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Nutrition or Dietetics as well as the completion of the accredited Dietetic Internship program.
• Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
