Clinical care provided by the Ambulatory RN is primarily indirect patient contact (limited direct patient care, patient navigation specific), with hybrid remote flexibility. The Ambulatory RN will be responsible for providing messages that address motivation to comply with screening recommendations; addressing barriers to clinical care and diagnostic follow up; linking patients with the resources for screening and follow-up care available in their county (primary care providers, oncology, or surgical facilities); and arranging for payment of clinical services.
