We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team!!

**Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM, M-F**

Registered Nurse Case Manager at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital - Arlington:

• The Case Manager coordinates the discharge planning of BOSHA inpatients and assists with all other case management needs as requested.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in TX

• CCM preferred

Required Experience:

Required Experience:

• One to three years' experience in Case Management.

• Relevant clinical experience preferred.

• Demonstrate competent communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, Private Insurance and TDSHS standards.

• Basic computer knowledge. Word and Excel preferred.

- Possess the ability to make independent decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
