Procedures include: Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, Heart Failure, Diabetics, oncology, post surgeries and Ortho are many of our primary diagnosis...

Productivity is 6 visits per day- or the equivalent. (Example, admissions are counted as 2)

Charting: OASIS EMR...

Must have reliable transportation & valid drivers license...

Scrub color: Navy Blue
