Shift Hours:
Full Time, your choice of 0.8-1.0 FTE. The RN would work half their FTE in Home Health and half on the Medical Unit.

Candidate is required to work every 4 th weekend, 8-hour shifts. The weekends will rotate between Home Health and Medical Unit.
Job Description:
This position is a hybrid position split between home health and inpatient nursing. Scheduled shifts will be evenly split between the two departments. Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures

Responsible for traveling and providing safe and equitable care to diverse populations in their home environments. Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team and community resources to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

Wisconsin RN license required

Role is eligible for additional hourly stipends
