Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description:

The ICU RN will provide care for patients with life-threatening conditions or comorbidities requiring sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring. 

The Critical Care nurse will work in a highly challenging environment requiring deep thinking, strong knowledge, and quick thinking to care for the highest acuity level patients.

The ICU nurse will be adept at working with patients with different conditions: overdose, post-surgery, trauma, chronic illness, etc.

License/Certification:

BLS(AHA) and ACLS

1 years of ICU experience.




Skills:

Computer charting experience EPIC

Additional info- 

This position requires ICU EXP- 2 plus yrs current ICU LTACH experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:2 ratios; Meditech EMR, Must have KY or compact license.

DISCLOSURE:

ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call ins, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered. 

Certification: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support , Basic Life Support
