Position Highlights:
Work location: Bellin Hospital, 744 S. Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301

Work environment: Our ICU Department is a 22 bed unit that provides the highest level of care to a wide variety of patients with the best nurse/patient ratios. Staffing decisions are made with the inclusion of the frontline team on safe and appropriate care. The highest acuity patients will receive 1:1 nurse/patient ratios and moderate acuity is a 1:2 nurse/patient ratio. High level of patients with a multitude of diagnosis from respiratory and cardiac conditions to multi organ system failureand post op surgical recoveries. This unit has a strong a supportive team culture.

Salary range is based on relevant years of experience.
Shift Hours:

Multiple shift options available, Casual Part Time. We offer flexible scheduling with options for day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Weekend rotations will include a modified block schedule dependent on availability, with every other weekend and every third weekend blocks

You will have the opportunity to work both 8 hour and 12 hour shifts
Job Description:
Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with a critical care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient in a fast-paced environment. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged. Continuous educational opportunities to advance skills and knowledge to progress in your career.

Qualifications:

Wisconsin RN license required.

Prior RN experience required .

BLS - prior to providing independent patient care and maintained. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 180 days of hire and maintained.
