Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and one year related nursing experience. Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing. Some positions require a valid driver's license. Requires certification in Basic Life Support prior to the completion of general orientation. Some positions require certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Physical Requirements: (Note: The following descriptions are applicable to this section: Continuous - 6-8 hours per shift; Frequent - 2-6 hours per shift; Infrequent - 0-2 hours per shift) Ability to perform job functions in an upright position. (Continuous) Ability to perform job functions in a seated position. (Infrequent) Ability to perform job functions while walking/mobile. (Frequent) Ability to climb stairs.
