Expected Salary Range: Minimum $34.50 - 43.54; Mid-point; Salary determined based on years of nursing experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Rehab RN II with a minimum of two years of nursing experience to join our dynamic team. This 0.8 FTE role involves working 4 days per week (8-hour shifts) at our E Building, 3333 Burnet Ave location, with travel to both our Mason location. As an RN II in this specialized department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilitie

• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers.

• Coordinate and support the rehabilitation journey for pediatric patients with diverse needs, focusing on individualized care plans.

• Educate families on medication management, therapy exercises, and long-term rehabilitation goals.

• Monitor patient progress, ensuring continuity of care from initial treatment through follow-up visits.

• Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Associate/Diploma prepared RNs from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited inst with 2 yr. exp.

• If hired as an external candidate without BSN or MSN, must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 1 year of hire date and complete program within 5 years of hire date

• Active Ohio RN License. May be required to obtain other state licensure.

• 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

• Foreign graduates must have license validated through CGFNS per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates

Preferred:

• BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN
