Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour
Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour
Day Shift Weekend Differential- $2.90 / hour
Evening Shift Weekend Differential- $5.90 / hour
Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour
Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour

Shift/Hours/Days: Day Shift; Mon-Fri, (hours are variable), due to patient needs and volume demands possible weekends and holidays.
Location: Saline Health Center with potential to work in other locations with expansion of division.
Hours may be variable (nontraditional) based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities*
- Provide the delivery of culturally sensitive, age-specific team-based care models in delivering nursing care for Primary Care patients including, adult medicine, pediatric, and OB/GYN patient populations.
- Perform phone triage, including assessment, screening, clinical advice, nurse visits (in person/ video visit) in-clinic hands on procedures, and other duties assigned.
- Accurate and efficient documentation of nursing care.
- Knowledge and appropriate use of internal and external resources.
- Provide functional supervision to assistive personnel; collaborate with colleagues, other disciplines, and health care/community services to promote continuity of care.

- Proficiency with typing and electronic health record documentation.
- Ability to manage complex clinical issues utilizing assessment skills, protocols, and evidence-based interventions.
- Willingness to adapt to different populations ie: pediatrics, OB/GYN, adult medicine as patient demands. Orientation and training would be provided for new subspecialties within primary care based on expansion of division

Required Qualifications*
- Three (3) yrs (out of last 7 years) of RN experience in Adult Internal Medicine (to include Adult Inpatient, or Emergency Services, or Ambulatory Care Medicine Adult). One-year pediatric experience.
- Current Michigan RN License
