Make a Difference
Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.
As part of the 30-bed Medical C Unit, you are deeply committed to providing patient-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Your expertise will allow you to care for a wide range of patient types such as gastrointestinal bleeds, respiratory, renal, dementia, some cardiac and medical surgical to achieve the best possible outcomes while enhancing operation efficiency for Community.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
-Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
-Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
