The OR nurse provides coordination of a specialty service within the Operating Room and provides individualized age specific care that supports physical functioning. Provides individualized, age-specific care that supports homeostatic regulation. Provides age-specific, individualized care that supports psychosocial functioning and facilitates lifestyle changes. Provides age-specific, individualized care that supports protection from harm. Provides age-specific, individualized care that supports the family unit. Provides care that supports effective use of the health care delivery system. Acquires and maintains current knowledge and competency in nursing professional practice. Works constructively with colleagues to advance clinical practice.

• We currently run nine operating rooms and have NEW higher RN pay rates!
• Growing orthopedic volume with two-three orthopedic rooms each day
• Personal career growth - our Nursing Education and management teams work with you to formulate a successful career plan.
• Two DaVinici Xi robots encompassing General, GYN, Bariatric, and Urology service lines
• A vascular hybrid room where we work closely with the Cath Lab to provide minimally invasive procedures.
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, depending on availability

Qualifications

Experience Minimum Required

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.

• OR nursing experience required

Education Minimum Required

• RN program completion

Education Preferred/Desired

• BSN or enrollment in BSN program

Special Skills Preferred/Desired

• CNOR

Licensure and/or Certifications Required

• Registered Nursing License

• BLS (AHA or ARC)
