Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in daily departmental functions.
  • Ensure nursing personnel adhere to job descriptions and nursing standards.
  • Participate in facility surveys as requested by DON and ADON.
  • Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing service quality.
  • Address and report complaints and grievances.
