SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the LPN and/or CMA's on the unit.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience in the rehabilitation of chronically or catastrophically ill or injured is recommended
* Demonstrated accountability and skills in analysis, problem solving, decision making, related to medical nursing skills and time management required
* The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with families, clients, staff and physicians is a must
