Registered Nurse- RN Home Health

Woodlands Home Health is looking for an RN to join our growing nursing team. This is a traveling position Home Health services multiple counties in Northern Wiscosin. Each nurse has a primary area of service and assists with vacation coverage and weekend roation coverage.

Some Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned( IV, Cath, Wound vac and more).
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Performs Start of Care visits, Resumption of Care Visits and Dischargevisits.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s). .

Experience:

• RN: 1 year (Preferred)
• Home Health experience Preferred but not required

License:

• RN (Required)

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with a rotation of weekend call with the other nurses.
