Registered Nurse RN

Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility in Logansport, IN!

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, monitoring and evaluating the outcome of practice and standards of care, and providing direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.

$3,000 sign-on bonus

Pay rate : $45-$55.50/hour, plus $2.50 Evening & NOC Shift differential & $3.00 Weekend Shift differential (if you work evening/NOC on weekends = $5.50/hour)

Available Shifts: Full-time or part-time, 7a-7p
