Responsibilities:

This position is for a Registered Nurse with the addition of a marketing component. You will travel between adult homes to assist staff and administrators, in collaboration with MD's, assessing for new admissions, hospitalizations and residents that require CHHA service, while fostering close relationships with ACF staff. This role reports to the Director of ACF.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Possession of a current RN license in the state of New York (NYS).

Must have a mandatory 1 year of CHHA experience

Must be able to drive.

Having a motivated personality and being an effective communicator is a must!
