Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for pain management patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Serves in a resource role when oriented and as directed.
- Supports the organization's vision and mission.
- Utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
- Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Current RN License or Compact License deemed by the OK State Board of Nursing.
- Associates in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma RN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- One year Critical Care or Pain Management experience.
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
