Unit Description

Welcome to the Skilled Nursing Unit at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH) in Plattsburgh, New York. As a healthcare professional considering your next career move, we invite you to explore our unit, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment.

With 34 residents, our unit offers a dynamic opportunity to work with a diverse patient population requiring personalized, round-the-clock nursing care and specialized rehabilitation services. At CVPH, we emphasize a collaborative approach among our experienced team of nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals. Together, we strive to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of New York required.
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
