Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN License in the State of New Jersey.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years' progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, preferably with managerial exposure.
• Showcase a proven track record of leadership and management prowess.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee and direct daily operations of the Nursing Department, adhering to prevailing regulations and standards.
• Ensure nursing staff align with their designated roles.
• Participate in surveys by government agencies, as directed.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure adherence to nursing standards.
