TGH Crystal River is a 128-bed Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital which opened in 1978. Qualifications

• FL RN license

• Option One: Must have at least 2 years' experience and works in Med/Surg or Telemetry

• Option Two: Must have at least 2 years' experience and works in ICU or ER

• 2 years of experience working in the respective department.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS-(ER) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to hire
