Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule:
1.0 Monday - Friday, rotating weekends
1.0 Thursday - Monday

8am-430pm. NO OVERNIGHT OR ON CALL.
Oversee a patient load of about 15-20 at a time
Enter patient homes as needed
Work alongside large care team

Required Skills & Experience

WA State RN or LPN license
Experience working in hospice, long-term care, or similar setting
Personal vehicle
