Registered Nurse/RN II - Operating Room Circulator Full Time Days

We are looking for top skilled nurses to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Southlake Surgery Department - 1545 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092

Work hours: Full Time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 6:30am-7:00pm - No weekends or holidays. Call is required.

Surgery Department Highlights:

  • Surgical specialty hospital with six operating rooms - ortho, ortho spine, general, GYN, plastics, ENT, podiatry, Xi robot cases.

  • Call averages two weeknights a month, one full weekend a quarter, and one holiday every other year.
  • New and advanced equipment and technology.


Here's What You Need:

• Nursing Diploma required or

• Associate's degree in Nursing required or

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• 1 year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required

• 1 year of operating room experience strongly preferred

• Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and

• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire

• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
