Registered Nurse/RN PRN III - Surgery Pre/Post Op Days

We are looking for top skilled nurses to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Work hours: PRN "as needed" - Days 7am-7pm, Required: a minimum of one 12-hour shift per six-week period, two weekend shifts per six-week period, one major holiday and two minor holidays per year. This position does not include medical benefits.

Here's What You Need:

• Nursing Diploma required or

• Associate's degree in Nursing required or

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• 1 year of experience as a registered nurse required

• Surgery Pre/Post Operations experience preferred

• Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and

• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire

• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
