Job Duties:

Compiled and maintained patient paperwork accurately, updating, as necessary.

Always ensured compliance with regulations and company policies.

Observed and monitored client behavior and responses to breathing treatment.

Successfully weaned 20+ patients off mechanical ventilation

Successfully change and replaced 60+ patient’s trach tubes without any adverse effects.

Developed and implemented 60+ treatment plans which lead to successful wean from mechanical ventilation and decannulations.

Trained and educated 5 + staff on quality control procedures.

Assisted in 30+ successfully trach decannulations.




Job Requirements:

Experience: 2+ year of experience required  

Requirements: NICU and Peds experience required

License/Certification: Must have FL RRT certificate, BLS, NRP.




Additional Info:

Shifts: Day.

12 hours shifts.

 

Certification: Basic Life Support
