We are looking for a highly motivated PhD student to work under supervision of our experienced technology development team. Your role involves characterization and modeling of semiconductor device and interconnect/dielectric reliability mechanisms.

Become part of TI Advanced Technology Development organization that focuses on state-of-the-art semiconductor technology development. We are looking for a highly motivated PhD student to work under supervision of our experienced technology development team. Your role involves characterization and modeling of semiconductor device and interconnect/dielectric reliability mechanisms.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Electrical characterization of device test structures in advanced analog technology nodes
- Thermal modeling of self-heating effects and understand long term drift effects.
- Program electrical test equipment to perform reliability measurements
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor device characterization, testing, and modeling
- Familiarity with instrument programming, MATLAB and TCAD simulations are desirable
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, back end of line processes or interconnect, dielectric reliability
- Strong analytical and programming skills (C, MATLAB etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
