Position Summary & Duties: The Electrical Asset Reliability & Integrity Engineer is an onsite contract position working for an Oil & Gas client in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an on-site contract position expected to last 6-12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk mitigation and maintenance plans for electrical equipment within the client's Facility. Your primary focus will be on identifying current and potential electrical equipment issues, prioritizing them based on their impact, and implementing strategies to prevent downtime and ensure the reliability of equipment & operations in the future.

Electrical Asset Reliability & Integrity Engineer Duties:
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments of electrical equipment to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to assess the reliability of electrical systems and identify areas of concern.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address identified issues and prevent future failures.
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance plan and schedule for electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to support troubleshooting and resolution of electrical equipment issues.
• Staying informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to electrical equipment reliability and maintenance.


Qualifications:

Electrical Asset Reliability & Integrity Engineer Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8 years' experience in Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and components commonly used in Oil & Gas facilities.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies, reliability analysis techniques, and maintenance planning principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Must live within daily commuting distance of Corpus Christi, TX.
