Position: TTH Remote Medical Customer Support Agent

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay + Benefits

Location: Remote AZ/GA/FL/TX/UT/KY

Shift: Monday-Friday 5a-6p MST. 7a-8p CST. 8a-9p EST.

***Must be flexible to work a 8 hour shift between your time zone hours of operation***

Job Details:
  • Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Provide good customer service and empathy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
  • At least 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
