Shift: 8am-5pm, depending on Implementation Specialist location (preferably EST or CST)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking? We're looking for enthusiastic Implementation Administrative Assistants to support our client's implementation team. You'll play a vital role in scheduling meetings, taking calls, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects. Projects will be in relation to insurance benefit open enrollment season.

What You'll Do:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the implementation team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Maintain and update calendars, ensuring all appointments are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing documents.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to keep the team on track.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of healthcare experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and medical terminology is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, and Asana (PM tools) is a plus.
  • Background in benefits enrollment or project management administration/coordinator experience.
