We are looking bilingual agents for a remote inbound call center position. Will be consulting on healthcare insurance products and resolving their questions. Direct hire Opportunity with immediate benefits.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $21.65 - $22.65/hr (depend on the language) + performance bonus

Type of hire: Direct hire

Schedule: 8 hrs shift between 8am to 6pm (Monday through Friday)

Location: Work from home. Must reside anywhere in CALIFORNIA State

Technology: Laptop or chrome book will be shipped directly to their home

Job duties

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements

• Bilingual in English plus : Russian, Vietnamese, mandarin, farsi, Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Korean or Laotian,
• 6 months or more of customer services experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Computer savvy
• High speed internet connection (>25mbps).
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
