Insight Global is seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative for a telehealth and nutrition client based out of San Francisco. The goal of this company is to help people make healthy changes to their lifestyle by meeting with Registered Dietitians virtually. This is a free benefit through their insurance, and your role will be to call eligible candidates who are referrals from healthcare providers or care coordinators who have suggested their patients meet with a dietitian. You will calling to educate them on the client's services and the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian. You will then sign them up for different packages and get them excited about starting to meet with the dietitian. You are the first point of contact that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial!
The main responsibilities include:
• Make high volume outbound calls to referrals and explain the benefits (an average of 70+ calls per day)
• Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading off of it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone
• Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians
• When the team is caught up on referrals, the rep will pivot and help the inbound support team answer inbound calls from members and address any questions they have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
Must have reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 OR the MacOS 12.7.4 or higher (company is no longer providing equipment)
1+ year of experience working remotely in a high volume inbound and outbound calling role (75+ calls a day)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
Ability to work independently but efficiently from home with the willingness to adapt- this is a start-up environment and things are constantly changing!
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience working for a startup company
Experience with Zendesk or AWS ConnectPath
Proficient in Google Suite applications
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
