An employer is looking for a highly skilled remote Client Support Specialist to support both a customer success team and a partner success team within a growing national healthcare start up. In this role you'll be working to triage questions from agencies, admins, employer groups and / or employees regarding insurance questions or issues with benefit plans, particularly regarding this company's proprietary insurance application. This company is a startup; therefore, you must be comfortable working within a slightly ambiguous environment and asking probing questions in order to develop best practices and processes. You will have the opportunity to create relationships and work with various areas of the organization in this role. You must be comfortable asking questions to better understand the technical aspects of their proprietary application, and the insurance side of this business. Having a solution-oriented mindset and a genuine excitement to grow in the technical or project management space will help you be successful on the team.

Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to triage calls and effectively communicate with others
- Ability to ask probing and intelligent questions via phone in order to solve and diagnose issues
- People person - ability to connect with individuals calling in and de escalate potential concerns
- Interest in moving up and growing within an organization either within the technical space, or as a project manager or implementation PM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a health insurance setting / triaging questions regarding benefit plans from customers
- Experience working within specialty pharmacy, or doing very technical healthcare focused customer service work
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
