Remote (PST) - Creative Services Producer

A large software and gaming company is looking for a Producer to join a growing team. This person will be working with designers to create static assets from scratch. They will also be comfrotable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Day to Day:
Track progress on first-party product production to help plan publishing production
efforts against these by creating project plans, scheduling meetings, taking notes,
scoping resourcing needs, and otherwise helping the team stay organized and on
track.
Work with internal Partnerships teams and external IP holders to understand rights
and approvals processes for licensed promotional materials.
Assist in creating and documenting production processes for supporting first-party
products in publishing promotion efforts.
Coordinate with marketing, community, and localization teams to define asset
needs and support weekly communications across all languages
Gather specs and messaging to create, track, localize, and deliver assets for the
global Publishing team. This can include assets for social channels, in-game,
websites, merchandising and swag, and platform stores.
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes
either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or if unresolvable at that
level, by escalating to your lead.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7 Years experience as Producer in a fast-paced, iterative graphics environment.
Previous experience in gaming or an avid gamer
A deep understanding of publishing, marketing, and project management
Experience working with designers to create static assets from scratch
Agency Background or coming from a Large multi brand company (IE Nike)
Ability to drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing out
short-term needs and long-term vision.
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit
amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to
perform above and beyond.
Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your
team and throughout the company
Youre user-focused, solutions-focused, and innovative.
Personabledevelops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster
excellent communication
Self-starter able to create tracking systems to ensure the extended team is updated
on project status at all times
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet
deliverablesand even find a more efficient path forward
Highly organized with excellent production management skills
A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
