Required Skills & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with computers and navigating multiple applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with contact center workforce management systems like genysis, AWS, five9.
CRM Salesforce preferred.
Hours required: 8am-6pm EST, Monday-Saturday

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Insurance license (Property, Casualty, Life and Health).
Knowledge of insurance products.
