A large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Producer within the post production space! You will be responsible for tracking the "finishing" process of Video assets from one final English source file to hundreds of localized exports. You will be one of the last stops before video assets are posted online to millions of viewers. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and who are comfortable managing complex post-production timelines in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in video post-production and have a history of working within marketing environments.

In this role you will:

Ensure all assets have gone through and passed appropriate quality control checks - sharing feedback as necessary.

Estimate the time required to complete each task in the post-production versioning and localization process to ensure resourcing across multiple teams.

Create tracking documentation per project for internal and external teams to manage full scope of deliverables per project.

Coordinate with Marketing, Paid Media, Social and localization teams as needed to define video deliverable needs and delivery across all languages.

Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with team and stakeholders, or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

Required Skills & Experience

2-6 years in a Marketing or Advertising Post Production environment within the short form video space.

Coming from a post production studio on the agency or in house side working on trailers or short form video content.

Ability to forecast upcoming issues and challenges to actively get ahead of problems.

Able to work independently to meet deliverables - and even find a more efficient path forward

Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.

Highly organized and excellent leadership qualities.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and flexibility to pivot as necessary.

Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company - accurately relaying notes and keeping the team up to date on status.

You're team focused and understand the importance of working together vs in silos.

Personable-- you are able to develop relationships with internal production teams and third-party vendors to foster excellent communication.

High level understanding of video specifications and editing software.

Keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC hundreds of assets.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Commercials for TV and/or Film Trailers and experience versioning out for online and broadcast and localized for regions
