A large software and gaming company is looking for an experienced Associate Producer to join a Video Production team. This person will be responsible for supporting the production team from inception to delivery on a variety of video projects. This role collaborates accross multiple departments from marketing, game teams, and external vendors to produce high-quality conent. This person will facilitate the production of media assets including video, statics, and addtiional marketing materials with an eye for quality and creativity accross multiple projects.

In this role, you will:
- Play a pivotal support role with the Video Producers to drive the day-to-day production accross multiple projects
- Assisting with maintaining production schedules, scheduling syncs, taking meeting notes and collecting supporting documentation for internal and external meetings
- Proactively identify and address any production challenges or issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate, build and maintain professional relationships across departments and external vendors
- Help facilitate communication, organization and accountability accross teams
- Facilitate internal and external content creation pipelines and collaborating with Video Finishing and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets to their departments.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, brand, and other clearances for video project, maintaining industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 Years of experience in a production role where you've managed teams in teh creation and delivery of high quality video/media content.
- Basic understanding of video/media production pipelines, game development, managing schedules, feedback reviews, and anticipating and pro actively solving problems
- General understanding of game dev pipeline and familiarity with CG animation
- Passion for video game and current trends in the industry
- Familiarity with Goole Suite, Slack, and Unreal Engine
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail
- ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects at once
- self-motivated and able towork well collaboratively and independently across teams.
