REMOTE EST - Sr. Producer

A large software and gaming company is looking for a Sr. Prodcuer to join a growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing multiple live action, animated, and gameplay video assets being produced with external vendors. Through coordination with Marketing Leads,

this person follow the production process from kickoff to delivery, making sure timelines are reasonable, schedules are accurate, goals are attained, and final deliverables are completed.

Day to day:

Be the point of contact between Marketing and Video Production.

Using a project management tool, make sure all projects with oversight are being tracked and have owners.

Act as the Production Expert in the room when Marketing is working with external agencies and vendors.

Evaluate production schedules and confirm they're achievable.

Oversee execution of those schedules in milestone meetings and potential set visits

Upload review exports to our video review platform, distribute review links to marketing owners, and ensure all stakeholders have access.

Ensure all assets have gone through appropriate quality control checks, internal reviews, and photosensitivity testing.

Track your hours and project progress in Wrike, our project management software.

Follow through on final deliverables; either ensuring all versions are delivered from the vendor or handing off final projects to our internal post production team and supporting the finishing process.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years years within gaming video production or experience from an agency in media production

Deep understanding of production, project management, gaming, and post production processes.

Ability to balance multiple projects at once with different teams and owners.

Flexibility in workflow, with the ability to pivot quickly and efficiently.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.

Personable--develops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster excellent communication.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables - and even find a more efficient path forward.

Keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Worked at other gaming companies that have internal video production departments (Blizzard, EA and/or Bunjie)
