POSITION SUMMARY

Midstate Radiology is seeking a full-time, Remote Evening (1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. CST) General Radiologist who is well-rounded and comfortable with reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging, which includes emergency and neuro. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to work as part of a team offering comprehensive clinical care and cutting-edge minimally invasive therapies.

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Midstate Radiology https://www.midstaterad.com , an 11 Radiologist private practice located in Murfreesboro and Smyrna, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville) is primarily based at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford (ASTR) along with three outpatient imaging centers known as Premier Radiology https://www.premierradiology.com/ . ASTR is a 358-bed modern facility built in 2010 featuring a newly renovated 16-operating room suite, 32-bed ICU, and all-private patient rooms. The beautiful 68-acre campus, including medical office buildings, is situated on the bustling "Medical Center Parkway" corridor featuring convenient access to shopping and dining just off Interstate 840. South Nashville is one of the fastest-growing areas of the erupting Greater Nashville region.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified/Board-eligible, and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
