Position: Call Center RepresentativePay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7am-9pm CST. MON-SAT (8hr Shift + OT When needed).
Equipment: Provided & Shipped

Job Details:

• Assist patients with copay assistant programs.
• High volume call center environment.
• Update patient data, ensuring accuracy.
• Using computer skills for data entry.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

• Must have call center experience.
• Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
• HS Diploma/Equivalent.
