These positions will be responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas, specifically to support the implementation of Commercial LOBs into QNXT. These Business Analysts will serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices. They should possess a high degree of operational knowledge within at least one of the following areas: Enrollment, Sales & Marketing.

The ideal candidate must know how to take initiate, and a self-starter. The main function of the BAs is to elicit requirements, document requirements, and drive these projects for the business areas as SMEs. They should have a strong background in project implementations, requirements gathering & documentation, testing, Operations functions, QNXT, Commercial LOBs, communication, and most importantly have a strong work ethic.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree

* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a health claims environment

*enrollment/834 experience within a health insurance company

* Experience with using QNXT

* Experience within Medicare/Medicaid/commercial.

* Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

*Risk and Gap Analysis
