Our client is looking for an Insurance Relations Manager to join the team! This role is fully remote with quarterly travel to the headquarters in NC. This is a direct hire position with a competitive salary, bonus eligibility and full comprehensive benefits.

The Insurance Relations manager is responsible for coordinating and communicating with our dental and health plan payers. This role will support 450 clinics, provider to help coordinate, manage, and communicate all things insurance, claims, billing, rates, and credentialing on behalf of our 700+ providers and clinics. The role will report to the SVP of insurance.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to interpret and effectively communicate insurance regulations.
5 years of experience in commercial insurance or Medicaid
Ability to facilitate telephone, in-person, and/or web-based training sessions.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Well organized, accurate, and thorough.
Adaptable; readily adjusts work schedule to adhere to changes in the work environment and is able to manage competing demands.
Adept at prioritizing, planning work activities, and developing reasonable action plans.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree
Dentrix experience
Past experience in a medical or dental practice
