TCI has an immediate need for a Remote IT Project Manager. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire. SUMMARY

The Remote Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project's scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Develops project management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
• Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
• Provide overall direction of program activities.
• Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
• Consult with personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related discipline is preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience with managing software application development projects of various sizes, including client interaction and meeting facilitation.
• Extensive experience defining project scope, developing work plans and project schedules, preparing project estimates, developing resource plans, and compiling project status reports.
• Extensive experience managing heterogeneous project teams composed of resources from multiple vendors/organizations.
• Extensive experience reviewing software documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, manuals, test plans/cases, test scripts and test reports.
• Desired experience with ServiceNow, VersionOne, and SOX.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be available for travel.
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
