Insight Global is looking to bring on a clearable Software Engineer/Developer to join the team sitting fully remote in support of a newly awarded Federal effort. The developer will be responsible for the following:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements
Designing and developing high-quality software solutions using Java
Debugging and troubleshooting Java applications
Enhancing the performance and scalability of existing systems
Conducting code reviews, and ensuring coding best practices

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as a Software Developer
Experience developing systems in Java, C and C++
Knowledge of Golang (Go) and Go standard libraries
Knowledge of Serverless AWS Lambda development and testing
Knowledge of database systems (SQL/ No-SQL)
Clearable for Government clearance
