About the Role:

As the Lead Manager, Peer Review, you'll be a staff liaison for CPAs on staff at each Administering Entity (AE) and the CPA on Staff Advisory Task Force (CSATF) of the AICPA Peer Review Board. Assist the Technical Director and Associate Director on regulatory matters affecting the AICPA Peer Review Program and perform oversight activities including Report Acceptance Body (RAB) observations. These are all necessary components of the Association's operationalized strategy related to enhancing audit quality (EAQ). You will report to a Senior Manager on the Peer Review team.

You Will:

• Be a staff liaison to the CSATF and the CPAs on staff at approximately 24 AEs and have a tangible impact on AEs' operational and technical effectiveness.

• Be a staff liaison to the Oversight Task Force (OTF) Evolution focus group and help write revisions to evolution guidance and strategy.

• Monitor, review, and propose changes to state peer review statutes and regulations.

• Perform RAB observations of AE peer review committees.

You Have:

• CPA license

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 6-8 years of public accounting experience

• Working knowledge Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Quality Control Standards

• Member service oriented and demonstrated project management skills

• Peer Review knowledge preferred
