Insight Global is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer/Tech Lead who will be a key member of our Mobile Engineering team. The ideal candidate needs to be willing to work in eastern timezone. The mobile apps you will help develop are a critical for the client. The ideal candidate must be have a desire to learn/work with Flutter moving forward as well.
- Pay Rate Range: 65-80/hr depending on experience
- Participate in the design and development of mobile apps (iOS and Flutter), and backend services to support various business and engineering initiatives
- Work with Product and Engineering Managers to groom product and tech backlog
- Collaborate with engineers on your team on feature development and bug fixes
- Promote engineering best practices within your team to ensure quality, stability, performance, resiliency, and maintainability of your software
- Be a champion of the customer's voice and ensure our products are built with customer empathy at the forefront

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ Years of recent application development -- Must Be Strong with Flutter
- experience on either the iOS platform using Swift, or Android using Kotlin
- Ability to lead/mentor a few people on the team and interest in tech lead
- Some experience with AWS -- Lambda
- Experience publishing one or more apps to the Apple Store, had worked on production releases
- Experience in an enterprise level environment
- Experience working with REST APIs, with NodeJS
- Experience with dependency management, preferably with Swift Package Manager
- Experience with CI/CD, preferably with github actions and/or Fastlane

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with the Human Interface Guidelines including accessibility
- Experience with Xcode, including storyboards and test frameworks
