Insight Global is looking for a skilled and experienced Network Architect with a strong background in DNS (Domain Name System) and Cloud technologies. This position plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and reliability across our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. DNS Management:

* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of DNS infrastructure.

* Manage DNS zones, records, and configurations to ensure efficient resolution and optimal performance.

* Troubleshoot and resolve DNS-related issues, including DNSSEC and DNS caching.

2. Cloud Integration:

* Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based network solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

* Implement networking components in cloud environments, such as VPCs, subnets, and security groups.

* Optimize cloud networking for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

3. Network Security:

* Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce network security policies.

* Monitor network traffic for anomalies and security threats, and respond accordingly.

* Implement security best practices for DNS and cloud environments, including encryption and access controls.

4. Performance Optimization:

* Conduct performance analysis and tuning of network resources to ensure optimal performance.

* Identify and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.

* Work closely with other teams to address performance-related issues impacting applications and services.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

* Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to network infrastructure and security.

* Participate in audits and assist in remediation efforts as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in network administration, with a focus on DNS management and cloud integration.
- Strong knowledge of DNS protocols, including DNSSEC, DNS caching, and DNS-based load balancing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including networking services (e.g., VPC, Route 53, Azure Networking).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute).
- Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Experience with Identity Access Management
